News and Results from Video BOP Judging

Station of the Year is always a tough category for the judges.  Especially when one of the judges has to set out because his station is a finalist.

The remaining 2 judges thought the winning entry had more solid stories, had lots of variety in their shooting, and took them in to the story.

This year turned out to be a repeat of last year.

The runner up is WHO/Des Moines and the Small Market Station of the Year is KCCI/Des  Moines.

This is KCCI’s 4th win in a row.

We’ll have the winning videos up soon!

  1. Alan Mann was a very excellent driver as very well as becoming an awesome staff manager. I cherished seeing the distinctive red and gold Cortinas and Escorts during the late 60s. They have been normally beautifully prepared and quite successful. In recent many years he had prepared a RHD sixty five Mustang, Mk1 Lotus Cortina and perhaps a Prefect 107E for historic racing below within the UK and Europe. All looked wonderful and went pretty very well. His son Henry continues to be driving them quite very well and won a championship while in the Cortina previous year. Norm Murdock’s remark states everything.

  6. Given that it is really not at any time planning to be something a lot more than a exciting car (because who’s intending to “restore” an ’81?), why not put over a ’63 split window overall body and then go crazy with an LS9 underneath the hood?
